Overview

This site offers both digital products and service-based help, so the refund rules depend on what you bought.

Digital products

Digital products include the Pro Kit, written cleanup packs, checklists, and video materials.

Unless required by law, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Remote support sessions

Remote help sessions are refundable if the session has not started.

If you cancel with reasonable notice before the scheduled time, we will normally either:

  • issue a full refund, or
  • allow one reschedule

Once the session has started, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

Billing errors

We will review the following carefully:

  • duplicate purchases
  • accidental purchases
  • clear billing errors
  • a session that could not be delivered because of our side

  • your purchase email
  • purchase date
  • what went wrong

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply.
