Remote help is usually a good fit if:

Before the session:
- Back up anything you still need.
- Write down what you already tried.
- Have any error messages ready.
- Know whether you want uninstall only or broader cleanup review.
- Confirm — you email us with your platform, a short description, and your time zone.
- Schedule — we reply within 24 hours with available time slots.
- Session — we meet via Zoom or screen share and walk through the cleanup together.
After the session, you receive a short summary of what was checked or removed.
Remote help is limited to uninstall, cleanup, and practical recovery guidance.
It does not include:
