The site does not promise official vendor support, complete system recovery, or guaranteed outcomes for every environment.

- keeping backups before deletion
- reviewing provider-side access and tokens
- making final decisions about files, services, or system changes
Payments and refunds
Prices may change over time. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed unless required by law. Remote sessions may be refunded if the session has not started. See the separate Refund Policy.
Remote help limits
Remote help is limited to uninstall, cleanup, and practical recovery guidance inside the agreed scope. It does not include unrelated system administration, legal advice, or formal security certification.
Intellectual property
All site content, guides, and paid materials remain the property of openclaw uninstall unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
